Life changes, whether expected or sudden, can leave us feeling ungrounded. Stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma can add layers of difficulty that make it hard to move forward. Sometimes it feels like you’re carrying the weight of it all alone.

Whether you are struggling with your mental health, seeking support to manage the symptoms of a diagnosed mental illness, or feeling overwhelmed by changes in life, therapy can help you find steadier ground.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strength-based. That means we’ll focus not only on easing challenges, but also on reconnecting with your values, self-compassion, and the parts of life that bring you meaning.
